By Candie Cain Original 18x24 inch Airbrushed Acrylic on Clayboard 2020 The views of Hoosier Pass in Colorado constantly inspire me. This particular painting is a view of North Star Mountain at 13,614 feet, with the Quandry Peak, 14,265 feet, hiding behind the trees. I absolutely love driving the pass when the roads are filled with snow and the flakes promise to keep on coming down. I chose to paint this place of beauty in hopes of conveying the beauty of the winter snowfalls we get.
